Helvetia’s Roloff Farms has served as the backdrop for the hit TLC series “Little People, Big World” for nearly two decades. After years at the center of the Roloff family’s story, a portion of the 109-acre property is back on the market — this time with a reduced price tag.
According to a listing with The Real Brokerage, 16.6 acres of the farm, located at 23781 N.W. Grossen Drive, is up for sale at $2,895,000. The parcel includes a 6,462-square-foot main home with five bedrooms, five and a half bathrooms, a home theater, gourmet kitchen and multiple offices.
But the magic lies beyond the home, according to the listing, which features amenities that fans of the show will recognize: the sprawling 3,600-square-foot Big Red Barn, a whimsical stone castle, scenic walking bridges, a sparkling pool and a replica Western town — complete with a saloon, general store and jail.
“Little People, Big World” premiered in 2006, chronicling the lives of Matt and Amy Roloff, who have dwarfism, and their four children as they navigate farm life, family dynamics and shifting relationships.
After the couple divorced in 2016, Amy Roloff eventually sold her share of the farm to Matt Roloff for $975,000. In 2022, he announced plans to sell the 16.6-acre parcel for $4 million.
Their son, Zach Roloff, expressed interest in buying the land, but negotiations ultimately fell through — a disagreement that played out on the show. In 2024, Zach Roloff and his wife, Tori, announced their departure from the series, marking the final exit of all four Roloff children.
Matt Roloff later dabbled in converting the home into an Airbnb-style vacation rental, though the property is now back on the market with a new asking price.
Whether the series will return for more seasons remains uncertain. In an interview with Entertainment Tonight, Matt Roloff said he was comfortable walking away from reality TV in 2024. Around the same time, Amy Roloff told her followers on Instagram that she and her loved ones were “very unlikely” to film new episodes.
