Local businesses are once again teaming up to bring a springtime tradition back to Hillsboro’s Rood Bridge Park.

In partnership with GCL Construction and Family Mortgage, Beaverton’s Marshall Home Group will host its seventh annual Easter Egg Hunt from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday, April 19, at 4000 S.E. Rood Bridge Road.

The free, family-friendly event welcomes community members of all ages for an afternoon of seasonal fun, filled with games, crafts and, of course, a chance to hunt for treats.

To keep things fair, egg hunt areas will be divided by age group, ensuring everyone has a shot at the goodies.

“We love putting on this event every year because it’s a chance to bring families together, support our local community and just have a little springtime fun,” said Liz Marshall of Marshall Home Group. “It’s truly one of our favorite traditions.”

Attendees can also enjoy Easter basket decorating, henna art and classic lawn games like cornhole, ladder toss and Polish horseshoes. Plus, families can grab photos with the Easter Bunny throughout the day.

“We’re happy to add a personal touch and serve the community,” Marshall said.
