Below are last week’s best individual performances on the local baseball and softball diamonds.
Softball
- Kherington Wright of Forest Grove allowed two hits and no earned runs, while striking out 10 in seven innings in a loss to Sherwood.
- Presley Sarono-Ramos of Sherwood allowed three hits and no earned runs, while striking out 11 in a complete game shutout of Forest Grove.
- Delainy Willard and McKenna Proffitt of Newberg combined to go 6-for-8 with two home runs, three doubles, five RBI and four runs scored in a win over Liberty.
- Kaia McKenna of Sunset went 3-for-3 with a home run, triple, double, four RBI and three runs scored in a win over Southridge.
- Makena Petrick of Glencoe was 3-for-6 with a home run, double, five RBI and three runs scored in a win over Newberg.
- Daniela Rodriguez of Forest Grove was 3-for-3 with two home runs, three RBI and three runs scored in a win over McMinnville.
- Gaby Bauer of Valley Catholic went 5-for-8 with a home run, two doubles and seven RBI a split doubleheader with Corbett.
- Kiarra Belli of Tigard went 3-for-4 with a home run, two doubles and five RBI in a win over Lake Oswego.
- Ava Diaz of Tualatin had three hits, including two home runs, six RBI and four runs scored in a win over Lakeridge.
Baseball
- Kruz Schoolcraft was 3-for-3 with a home run and two RBI, while allowing two hits and no earned runs while striking out 10 in a win over Westview.
- Alex Pearson of Tigard was 3-for-5 with a home run, double and four RBI in a win over Oregon City.
- Cris Medina of Banks went 3-for-3 with a triple, three RBI and three runs scored, while striking out six in three innings pitched in a win over Catlin Gabel.
- Will Erickson, Elliott Bielefeld, Connor Miller and Alex Post of Valley Catholic combined to go 8-for-12 with 17 RBI and 13 runs scored in a win over Neah-Kah-Nie.
- Trenton Hertzog of Tualatin allowed one earned run on three hits, while striking out eight in a complete game win over West Linn.
